Capsules

"Mobocertinib is a kinase inhibitor. EXKIVITY capsule for oral administration contains 40 mg mobocertinib equivalent to 48.06 mg mobocertinib succinate, with no inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin and titanium dioxide. The printing ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, and purified water. "
Capsules: 40 mg.
Recommended Dosage: 160 mg orally once daily, with or without food.
EXKIVITY is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test, whose disease has progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy.
