VANFLYTA (quizartinib) is a kinase inhibitor for oral use. VANFLYTA is supplied as film-coated tablets containing 17.7 mg or 26.5 mg of quizartinib, which are equivalent to 20 mg and 30 mg quizartinib dihydrochloride, respectively. The inactive ingredients in the tablet core are hydroxypropyl betadex, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate. The tablet coating consists of hypromellose, talc, triacetin, and titanium dioxide. The 26.5 mg tablet coating also contains ferric oxide.
VANFLYTA (quizartinib) Tablets: 17.7 mg or 26.5 mg.
Recommended dosage of VANFLYTA tablets orally once daily with or without food at approximately the same time each day.
VANFLYTA (quizartinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated in combination with standard cytarabine and anthracycline induction and cytarabine consolidation, and as maintenance monotherapy following consolidation chemotherapy, for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is FLT3 internal tandem duplication (ITD)-positive as detected by an FDA-approved test.
